I keep getting this error message when my Outlook syncs with the Exchange Server.  I've even deleted the event from my calendar and it still keeps popping up. Error is 19860 : could not synchronize record.

I followed the link, but still getting the message coming up. When opening outlook a box that says errors comes up and it give a list of errors. Even when deleted they still come back. The entire error message is "Could not synchronize record:Aimia/Loyalty 360 Call to Exchange server: Loyalty 360"  Any ideas?
Thanks for your help
