Exchange forward to distribution group

I set up a distribution group so when email comes in for user "A" it forwards to the distribution group, there are 2 users in the distribution group both local addresses. but when I try to send email to user "A" I get an error:

Your message wasn't delivered due to a permission or security issue. It may have been rejected by a moderator, the address may only accept e-mail from certain senders, or another restriction may be preventing delivery.

Groups in Exchange 2007 and higher require authentication. You need to untick that option from the group to allow the email to be sent.
