I need a macro or something that can make the table shown below

I have attached a sample file.

Pivot table will work well for this application

Just select a field in your data, the Insert > Pivot Table, and in the field list move the fields as shown here, and you have your pivot table. Right click the table to refresh if the data is changed, also to change display options such as grand totals etc
