cloud stack version installation for product enviroment

may be want to use xen server as virtualize platform, but want to use cloudplatform top on it.

i find there is 2 url:

http://incubator.apache.org/cloudstack/downloads.html (4.0 version)
http://download.cloud.com/support/downloads.html (2.215 version)

there are all free right? and then why there is 2 version, which one should be using?

one is maintained by Citrix, the other the Community.

If you are an exisiting customer with an active support account or you are a registered partner, you are entitled to file a support ticket via our Support Portal for the Citrix version.

I would use version 4.0.
