Dear Experts,
Recently we changed user profile from Roaming to Mandatory.  Microsoft Print Server Management is used to deploy printers to client Computers.

After user logs in, from Control panel->Printers, deployed printer appear after 3 – 6 second.  Some time out of 30 computers, one computer, the printer doesn’t come up. Computer has to be restarted then it is deployed.

What could be the reason for this, and how to fix it?

Thanks

Is it the same machine where the printer doesn't show up or random machines? could you check the Print server's event log for any crashes or error logs or even warnings in regard to the printing services?  please share them with us

I can not be sure for now if same computer issue.  Because we recently re imaged all the laptops with same image, and it happens randomly.  after restart the problem was solved.

I will try to check for error although I find it a bit difficult as there are more that 500 computers.  At the same time the error might be from GP, because the printer doesn't deploy properly.

Ok since there are many things to suspect let's start with the easiest for now and check if there are any error logs.

If not we can move to the GP then.
