Multiple Upload Outlook distribution list

Hi,

I have a load of email addresses in a BC field, i would like to mass upload these into a distribution list without having to individually add the names

Any suggestions?!

Hello

1.

Copy the data to a txt file

2.

then import the txt to excel with the delimited option enabled

3.

make 2 columns, name, email address

4.

save it as csv file
And you are finished
Then all you have to do is import the csv to any email program or gmail, yahoo etc you like
