Lync Server from Office 365 to Local

Experts:

I got a situation here:

We gota Office 365 plan that is about to expireand we wont renew it.

I need to deploy lync server locally.

What should i worry about?

If it were a new installation I wont be worried at all, but we have already users using lync configured to the cloud and etc..

I know that lync contact lists is stored locally on client machines, we got DNS records, SIP records, and etc.... What should I worry about on this "migration" ?

What steps should I take on this? Lync server 2013 is already RTM? Any tutorial on this?

Thx for any help!

Well, It would be a new installation because all the lync clients are pointing to a 365 server, so if you set up a new Lync premise based server, the clients and data would need to be reconfigured.  lync below should be helpful
