Lync Server from Office 365 to Local

Experts:

I got a situation here:

We gota Office 365 plan that is about to expireand we wont renew it.

I need to deploy lync server locally.

What should i worry about?

If it were a new installation I wont be worried at all, but we have already users using lync configured to the cloud and etc..

I know that lync contact lists is stored locally on client machines, we got DNS records, SIP records, and etc.... What should I worry about on this "migration" ?

What steps should I take on this? Lync server 2013 is already RTM? Any tutorial on this?

Well, It would be a new installation because all the lync clients are pointing to a 365 server, so if you set up a new Lync premise based server, the clients and data would need to be reconfigured.  lync below should be helpful

This project was cancelled, happened that we are going to renew tha office 365 plan.
