gowflow, not sure why but I'm not getting any results for the December Create Monthly Totals function. Attached is the December sheet. Let me know if you need anything more from me to figure it out.
As you can see it saved it as December 2011 not December 2012. Strange.December-2011.xls

What workbbok give this problem like you started December with what workbook Visa or MC ? it would help troubleshoot. As the first one that create the month is the one that give the filename.

I first tried it with the MasterCard workbook and it gave me an error so I closed it down restarted it and did the visa also. Upon restarting it did not give me an error message but it gave me the results in the spreadsheet

So the visa created the file ?? Are you sure that you date on your pc is the correct date (sometimes we move the date back to print some report especially at end year) hv u done something like this and forgot the old date ???
