gowflow, not sure why but I'm not getting any results for the December Create Monthly Totals function. Attached is the December sheet. Let me know if you need anything more from me to figure it out.

As you can see it saved it as December 2011 not December 2012. Strange.December-2011.xls

I first tried it with the MasterCard workbook and it gave me an error so I closed it down restarted it and did the visa also. Upon restarting it did not give me an error message but it gave me the results in the spreadsheet

OOOOPS !!!!!
My truly big mistake .... and seems you never tested this routine in january !!!! as this routine was done some ... ages ago. Well you have this issue in both MC and Visa file and will address it now. I will give you the couple of line you will need to replace in both files.

Both MC and Visa file the routine concerned is CreateMonthlyTotals
Start with MC and save it under a new name (just in case, for additional safety) open module1 click on CreateMonthlyTotals and goto the following lines it should be around the beginging of the file just after declaration

REPLACE ALL THESE LINES
======================
'---> Setup Last Month Date
        If Month(Now) = 1 Then
            SDate = DateSerial(Year(Now) - 1, Month(Now) - 1, 1)
        Else
            SDate = DateSerial(Year(Now), Month(Now) - 1, 1)
        End If
======================

BY THESE LINES
======================
'---> Setup Last Month Date
        If Month(Now) = 1 Then
            SDate = DateSerial(Year(Now) - 1, 12, 1)
        Else
            SDate = DateSerial(Year(Now), Month(Now) - 1, 1)
        End If
=======================

Save the workbook and do the same with the VISA file

Let me know if the issue get fixed.

Yes, I have at least a few more to look at, but they take time to explain. I guess I can start with a couple relatively easy ones. Here's the first:
