I have these two attached files, one XML and the other XSD.  I just want to see them in a formatted view.  How can I do that?

What do you define as a formatted view?

To view them separately, any web browser will open them and show them parsed for you.
If you want to apply the XSD to the XML document and view the result, you will need a parser - I have used Altova XML spy earlier as an example: http://www.altova.com/xml-editor/
