keep getting message "web page object error and cannot access e-mail messages
As soon as I access my e-mail message list I get the message "Web Page Object Error" The error box has a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it.

ohnnie--We really need more info. Like what Mail application you use (like Outlook, Windows Live Mail, etc.) , the version of Windows and perhaps what your email service provider is.
In the meantime, here are some suggestions

Thanks for your response.. I am useing windows 7 Professional, and Windows Explorer with Roadrunner. com for my e-mail. Will see what I can do with your possible "fixes"

I f I did this correctly it is google chrome

ohnnie--Let's not worry about that for now, while you try out the "fixes" I offered.
But you should know that Google Chrome is a browser. That may make it likely that you are using GMail as the email program.
