Hey Guys,

A user keeps getting an error code on her Mac, when using Mac Office 2011:

"could not synchronize record -19847"

I could not find much on line in regards to this particular error code.  The only thing I found was to rebuild her identity in OUtlook for Mac.

Thoughts?

Thanks in advance for your comments.

What i guess is more of an issue due to some Calendar entry ..... if you can try to Export that data to some local file and then check
