Hey Guys,<br />

A user keeps getting an error code on her Mac, when using Mac Office 2011:<br />

<i>&quot;could not synchronize record -19847&quot; </i><br />
<br />
I could not find much on line in regards to this particular error code. &nbsp;The only thing I found was to rebuild her identity in OUtlook for Mac. <br />

Hey Guys,

A user keeps getting an error code on her Mac, when using Mac Office 2011:

"could not synchronize record -19847" 

I could not find much on line in regards to this particular error code.  The only thing I found was to rebuild her identity in OUtlook for Mac. 

Thoughts?
