CSS H1 tag Relative Positioning

Hello

Is there anyway I can remove the green bar from under my header and above my naviagtion on the following webpage. I have relatively positioned the Memorial Cards Ireland tag to the top right of the banner picture.

#nav {margin-top:-30px;}

The -30px is a guess.  I moght actually need -35px or -33px , but it is right around that value.
