What type of serialization can be used on an Object Graph?  According to my MCTS Exam 70-536 book, I can't use XML Serialization. So is it Binary or Soap? Or is it something else?

FYI---Definition of Object Graph - a set of objects that reference one another.

using NetDataContractSerializer you can easily serialize Object Graph without serializing same instances but only use a reference via unique id.
