Unable to Login to CRM 4.0

Hi,
our CRM and CRM database servers are on 2 seperate servers.
I have Microsoft CRM 4.0 With Windows 2003 .  Migrated the backend database from Sql2005 Now on a new machine with SQL2008 and Win Server2003, after completing installation, not a single user can logon to CRM. Not even the  administrator is able to login i have attached the CRM Trace log.  When the user tries to login using CRM they receive the following message "Business Management Error the user id associated with the current record is not valid"

I've been searching the web for answers with no luck our productions is down. A prompt response will be highly appreciated.

Thank you.
