Inbox not automatically updating

We have a user whos Outlook isnt updating automatically ....

We have tried to create a new Outlook profile - NO change
Outlook is Update with all updates
The issue happens on other machines for this user

How many messages in the inbox? Are there any sub folders? This is almost always the cause

Aarontomosky, There are around 200+ emails in INBOX and 2 Sub-folders (Not sure what do you want me to try) ?

Aarontomosky, I dont exactly remember can check but dont think they would be very huge

Aarontomosky, the sub-folders have approx total of 800 emails

Rancy, Online mode seems working fine but cant keep it so as per Company policy

We tried a lot but user is fine with Online as anyways she is going on Vacation for a month so will close this here
