SAP B1 Inventory Min Max

When attempting to set min max and required levels in inventory items by warehouse, i get the following error message:
The maximum stock level must be greater than the required stock level.
item UM is sqft. Purchasing UM is cs, Items per Purchasing UM = 25.22

what do I need to change?

IN the first line you have minimum set to 26 and required inventory level is 252.2
