Puppet Automation Vmware/Linux
Hello Guys,
We are trying to bring Puppet to manage/automate our servers. We are running Linux boxes on Vsphere5 now and manually creating VMs using template, but we need to automate like blow
-Create VMs in command line and need to choose the datastores as we need?
Can we do it?

Thank you, but I couldn't find the place the setup a IP address to a template. Have you worked on it?
you cannot setup an ip address on a template I remember doing a project for server 2012 vmware template and I tried to do the same by p2v a server and then v2p back set the static ip address and I got errors tring to revert to the template
