Basically I want to connect to the PBX and managed it but don’t know how to.<br />
Can I also manage the PBX vi v.24 interface and if what cable do I need I tired RS232 did not work.<br />

Most likely you will need to get with the vendor who initially installed this system for you. I'm sure the password has been changed already.
