SSAS - Question on partitioning non time series dimensions

Hi,

I have Customer Dimension that has 1.2 millions records. my SSAS browsing performance is very poor.
how do I improve performance of browsing cube? is the partitioning right strategy?

You could do partitioning if 1.2 million records are not all relevant for your cubes.

Then could you please tell more information about tables involved in the logic, count of records in each of those tables and underlying query that is executing to generate your data?
