How to implement RDP access to windows 2012 server?

HI

I would like to know a step by step guide to implement RDP (Terminal Services) in a windows server 2012, for all the users that need to connect to it remotely.

In server 2012 it is called Remote Desktop Management Server (RDMS).  This Technet blog should help you out a lot.
