I cannot ping from one server to another on the same domain
Server A is running Windows Server 2003, and server B is running Windows Server 2008 Standard.
I cannot ping server B from server A, however I can ping server A from server B.
I can also map to server A from B, and from server A to B. However, I cannot RDP into server B from A, but I can from server B to A.
I tried doing a flushdns on both servers but that did not work.

Check your firewall rules on Server B (server 2008). Try disabling windows firewall and ping, rdp, etc.

I suggested it was the firewall. Was this unhelpful ?
