I have one user that is using A Droid device who is not able to connect to Exchange active sync to get emails on his phone. I think this issue may be with his account. I have several other users connected via they IPhone and Droid and they work fine. I am using a Droid as well and I CAN get emails. I have tried configuring his account on my Droid phone and I get the error. unable to connect
I have using Exchange 2010 SP2. his phone started this after I migrated from Exchange 2007. I have checked his account is associated with the Mobile device policy. what could I be missing??
