How do you configure DAG to replicate every 12 hours on Exchange 2010?

Once you have  DAG it will update to all Replication partners right away

I want the DAG to replicate every 12 hours.  What command do I use in powershell to accomplish this?

Log shipping between DAG nodes are asynchronous and real time, this mean that when ever new log file create in active node and complete 1 MB then replaice it in passive DB. If you seed databse copy in DAG then you can see number of logs going to update in sceonadry copy
