After creating then accessing Excel hyperlink I get a consistent error. What is the cause?

Current Environment:

Excel 2013
Mozilla (default browser)

The same hyperlink works in Mozilla just fine.  But from within  excel I receive this error:

cannot locate the internet server or proxy server

I can I salvage this.

Perhaps your link is not quite right in Excel.  Does it start with http://  ?  It would help if you could post your sheet so we can see what's going on.

Thanks

Here is the file.

It has two links created in it, both have the same error returned as previously discussed.
test.xlsx
This works fine for me in Excel 2007 with Chrome, although it complains about the certificate for the second link.  I don't really have any other suggestions, unless it's something related to your Trust Center settings
After allowing an excel rule on my outbound side firewall I was able to open the link normally.
