Need help with an embedded youtube video. How do I add a static image before people press play?

Hello,
I am working on this site: http://198.101.157.177/c4cwpdj and would like to know how to add or overlay a different static image over the embedded youtube video. We would like the image to be different than the one youtube made as the default and when someone clicks in the center of the image, we want the video to play. How do I go about this? In the page for wordpress there is a section where you place the embed code. I am assuming I would have to edit or add some kind of code there? Please help.
