ISDN not able to dial externally receve unassigned/unallocated number

i have an isdn site that i am unable to dial when calling the numberm, the below ouput of th debug isdn q931

it don't make any sense to me but things to check,

-- is that line active and working
-- have you check with the ISDN supplier that it is working and active
-- have you tried ringing them and ask them to do a diagnostic, they may be able to tell you why its not working from their logs.

Looks like your dialer is sending 9 to the telco, normally you wouldn't send the leading 9 when dialing out.

I agree with bfason.

Try adding a translation profile to your outgoing dialpeer. Something like this.

voice translation-profile OUTBOUND
 translate called 100
voice translation-rule 100
 rule 1 /^9\(.*\)/ /\1/

dial-peer voice 1 pots (or whatever your dialpeer is)
 description ****Outbound Calls ****
 translation-profile outgoing OUTBOUND

hi guys, im in australia the 9 is part of the full number not the area code or the leading digit to dial out, below is the running config for the serial interface, voice port and dial peers...hope that helps

Looks like you are sending the right number to the Telco then. Can you check with your telco to make sure they are seeing what you are sending. Also that the line is enabled to make calls out. Sometimes they require an area code, and will not accept local calls.

Lastly, I've seen issues with international lines where you have to make modifications to the plan type.

In your instance though, you'll need to modify this from the Call Manager since it looks like you are doing MGCP. The above is how I have my UK CME configured, not sure about Australia's config. Play around with it and let me know.

Is this an h323 gateway? I don't see where l3 is bound to the ccm.

Can you attach an ss of the route group, route list, route pattern and gateway config in cm?

Ok if the pri is mgcp controlled then layer 3 should be bound to the ccm. need to add

 isdn bind-l3 ccm-manager

to

interface Serial0/0/0:15
 no ip address
 encapsulation hdlc
 isdn switch-type primary-net5
 isdn incoming-voice voice
 no cdp enable

otherwise this would appear as unregistered in the gateway config in CM.

Screenshots  of the PRI config, Gateway Config, Route Pattern this matches, Routelist and Route group would be helpful.

Its fixed basically the client didnt have route patterns configured for the site
