Multiple Active directory user accounts with email accounts

I need to create 1500 new user account and each account needs an email account in our exchange sytsem.  what is the easiest and fastest way to do this. We are running windows 2008 and exchange 2010

Is the AD accounst created or not ? If not do we have details in a Excel ?

This can be acchived if you use .csv file and import them into AD. Please have a look at this blog for more details

no account have been made i need to create them and aslo create an eamil account for each user, can this been done all at once or will i need to creat the 1500 user first then run another process to create the email accounts

You can use many a scripts available on the Internet that can help you create AD accounts and Associated mailboxes so ..... do you have the User names or something in some format ?
