This is happening to whoever is login on the computer. &nbsp;If they login on a different computer it is fine. &nbsp;This is not a single user it is a single computer.

Did you try with different web browser? Try disabling add-ins if they are available . <br />
Did you try after renaming the windows profile?<br />
<br />
Finally format it ;-)

We don’t support any other browser. &nbsp;I did disable add-ins and I did delete window user profile and had them login again to make new one.

That is what I was going to do if I could not find a fix for this.

In OWA I get an error saying Can't perform the action. &nbsp;It is only happening on one computer and if I close the reading pane then it will work. &nbsp;I have seen this once before but she just stopped using the reading pane. &nbsp;It does not matter who logs in it will not work.<br />

Does anyone have any ideas why this would happen?<br />
