OWA 2007 error "Can't perform the action"

In OWA I get an error saying Can't perform the action.  It is only happening on one computer and if I close the reading pane then it will work.  I have seen this once before but she just stopped using the reading pane.  It does not matter who logs in it will not work.

Does anyone have any ideas why this would happen?

Thanks for your help.

This is happening to whoever is login on the computer.  If they login on a different computer it is fine.  This is not a single user it is a single computer.

so must be local issue right..

Did you try with different web browser? Try disabling add-ins if they are available .
Did you try after renaming the windows profile?

Finally format it ;-)

We don’t support any other browser.  I did disable add-ins and I did delete window user profile and had them login again to make new one.

That is what I was going to do if I could not find a fix for this.
