An Admin Assistant cannot suddenly see their bosses Sent Items in Outlook unless the boss goes into Sent Items in their Outlook.  This has been working fine for awhile and no changes have been made.  The Admin has the proper permission and we tried deleting and again adding the permissions but still having the same issue.  Any assistance offered would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, really strange.

Please try giving full mailbox permission to Test account for Boss mailbox and check the same.

So that we will come to know issue with boss mailbox of assistant mailbox. According to that you can delete and recreate a mailbox.

It was working for another Admin.  I did a full repair on the boss system and the admin with the problem and it seems to be working now.  I will continue to monitor.
