Admin Assist not seeing bosses Sent Items
An Admin Assistant cannot suddenly see their bosses Sent Items in Outlook unless the boss goes into Sent Items in their Outlook. This has been working fine for awhile and no changes have been made. The Admin has the proper permission and we tried deleting and again adding the permissions but still having the same issue. Any assistance offered would be greatly appreciated.

It was working for another Admin. I did a full repair on the boss system and the admin with the problem and it seems to be working now. I will continue to monitor.

Maybe you should check with MFCMapi to find whether any attribute missing for Sent Items.
