vcenter 5.0 upgrade sql 2008r2 express to enterprise

currently i have issue with vcenter database it is almost 10 GB and so i want to install sql 2008r2 in the same server but my issue how to move the database to enterprise.

Detach and Attach the database, or Backup and Restore using SQL is another method.

but i have sql express 2008R2 and i want to moved to SQL 2008R2 ENT in the same server is support.
