Understanding Oracle Identity and Access Management 11G

I'm trying to read up on Oracle's Identity and Access Management 11G as a possible solution for my company which has 400+ users.

We are looking for an IDm solution to sync our user account info, passwords and ERP ans sharepoint data etc..

1) Can Oracle Identity and Access Management 11g do this?
2) What are the system and backend requirements?

I've never used the products you mention.  I'm just responding to a neglected question alert since no other Experts have posted.

From the link below it looks like Identity Management is what you are after:

The docs should have the system requirements.

As far as pricing goes, it's bet to contact Oracle directly for this.  They will be able to tell you everything 'extra' you will need to deploy this and current pricing.

You can get MSRP from their online store but depending on who you are and volumnes involved, these can change.
