Eclipse : how to take backup of project in eclipse tool

please advice on the following  

- how to take the Project backup in eclipse tool
- how to  restore the project in eclipse tool

From windows explorer , copy the  project folder and it's entire contents and paste it at a backup location .
Next time you want to restore it , simply copy the folder back to the workspace . Then from eclipse , you can import it
