How to do a transcoding using windows media player in C# on Win 7 or Windows 2008

Im building an application that aim to read different media files and play them in windows media player control .
Im looking for a way to transcode the played files into other format using C# .How can I do this using window media player or any windows media classes .
i don't want to use 3rd party components and I've only found classes that can do this in Win 8 & win 2012 but how to do this in win 7 or windows 2008
