Hello,

We have Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition (SBE) 12.1 latest patches.

Our main office is in NYC and we have laptops/desktops all over the world.  Lets say in 5 other countries.  Each country with 2 machines.

Those computers do not access the corporate network.

Is it possible and if so how, can we ensure that those agents are pointing to our management server and showing up in the console.

Right now, they dont check in to the console because they cannot communicate with it.

Thanks!

Yes, you can add them as clients, but you need to open a port on your firewall to allow access. I did this a few years ago and can't remember the port. You should be able to look it up on Symantec's site or open a case to get it working.

You need to send each of those laptops a sylink file and then import it into them from the Troubleshooting tab of the Endpoint interface.
