AutoDiscover Exchange 2010

All of a sudden users started getting the "allow this website to configure" dialog box popping up in Outlook. Also Users were unable to turn off their Out of Office assistant getting the error "your automatic reply settings cannot be displayed because the server is currently unavailable. try again later". On top of that when you open a new email box we get "mailtips could not be retrieved." I looked through my event log and the application is filled with "Event Id 3, System.ServiceModel 3.0.0.0" Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What has changed?
A response of nothing is not allowed, because something has changed.
Autodiscover is working in a different way, which would point to either a web site or DNS modification.
The detail you have posted of the event log entry isn't enough - you need to post the full entry.

I had some updates that ran automatically after midnight, I have taken a snapshot of my server and uninstalling the updates to see if this corrects the issue.
