What is the best way to create User Templates in Windows Server 2008 Active Directory? Step by step guide or website please. Thank you in advance.

Create a dummy disabled account that has the template information you need.
use %username% instead of the users name in the directory paths (it will convert it to the proper username
Then right click and use copy in ADUC and then fill in the Proper details you will see that %username% is now the correct value.
