before you add the Host to the Cluster, have you completed the Cluster Vefitication Utility and Verified your cluster?

It passed and everything verified but one virtual. It's a windows 7 virtual without the latest 2012 integration tools.

The new server passed and verified everything perfectly.

It only complained about one Virtual Machine, it was a Windows 7 Virtual Desktop and it complained because it didn't have the latest 2012 Integration Services.
