Windows 2012 Hyper-v Failover Clustering FAILING

I have 2 other Windows 2012 Servers on Failover Clustering.  When I add a new server I just built yesterday to the cluster I get the following error.  I can't find information ANYWHERE on Google.Error Message

before you add the Host to the Cluster, have you completed the Cluster Vefitication Utility and Verified your cluster?

It passed and everything verified but one virtual. It's a windows 7 virtual without the latest 2012 integration tools.

The new server passed and verified everything perfectly.

It only complained about one Virtual Machine, it was a Windows 7 Virtual Desktop and it complained because it didn't have the latest 2012 Integration Services.

KB2750149 breaks Windows 2012 Failover Cluster Manager.

After uninstalling this update, failover clustering works perfect.
