Ad-in messages from IE9

Experts,
I'm using IE9 on a Win 7 system and am tired of getting these "add-on from" messsages where I'm asked to Enable or Disable. How can I stop this?

According Microsoft you can't  Link
Can I turn off the Notification bar? :
No, but you can click the Close button on the right side of the bar make it disappear. The bar will also disappear if you navigate away from the current page.
