Hi,

MY boss keeps getting this email.  Any ideas?  We dont have secured email setupo with them.  thanks

I would check with your IT department.  It looks like they are using proofpoint's policy based encryption based on content.  Does he get this shortly after sending an email?

thats the thing....we are not using anything from Proofpoint

The only other option that I am aware of is if someone is "spoofing" your bosses email address.  Any response would go to him.  I would contact them and see if they can help you.
