could you explain with simple example example

First just google jquery graph or jquery plot.  See which graph you like the best.  They all have examples.  To start out and learn, I find it easy to first copy and past the examples, then build in my own static data that matches what I expect.  Finally replace my serverside code to generate data rather then the static data.
