Telstra IP Telephony Toolbar software problems

We have recently implemented Telstra IP Telephony in our organization and we had to install toolbar software to be able to manage IP Phone from Outlook 2010, Internet Explorer 9, Mozillar firefox. We were able to install it successfully on most of the computers but on few computers we could install it but not able to use it.
Reinstalled the software, removed registry entries but still the same problem. One few of the problematic computers when I login as admin I could use the software successfully but not as the user. I assume that the software has not been removed properly. I may be wrong but I need to fix ASAP.
OS - Windows 7 Pro
What are the steps involved to remove a software completely from a computer?
Any assistance is much appreciated?
