Does anybody knows how to desactivate visual effects in Microsoft Office 2013 ?

Sorry but what do you mean "visual effects" ? Could you explain a bit more detailed your question?

With this new version of Microsoft Office, We have a lot of visual effects (scrolling...) like on tablets. Is it possible to desactivate theses effects to accelerate manipulations ?

I think these are not effects on Microsoft Office, but on Windows. Please see this:
