Does anyone know of a light weight crm for small business?  All the CRM's I'm looking at are for large biz, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Salesforce, Sugar.

I really don't need a 10th of what these guys offer.  I only have 5 people that need to access the CRM and would rather not have to go through a major transition. I would something light weight that I can get up and going pretty fast with.  I do have to migrate from a CMS.
