Convert XML to HTML

Hi,

I have attached XML , how can I build XSLT to convert this file to the HTML, and at each node i can add an image (pgn, icon,..). The output is shown on the attached doc file.

Thanks for showing the reference web site; since I am beginner of XSLT, can you show me the
concrete solution from my previously appended xml file ? Your reply did not provide me adequate solution for my problem. Thanks
