Citrix / MS Remote Desktop competitors?

Does anyone have a software suggestion for running an MS Access 2010 (front end) / SQL Express app (back end) on a remote web server? Currently we use MS Remote Desktop Services which works quite well but wondering if there are other competitive products that do as good or a better job? In the best case we'd be able to run multiple instances and give clients access to their own databases on the same server.
