Extra e-mail address user

I gave a user in exchange 2007 (latest en updates en service packs) a extra e-mail address. So currently the user has username@domaina.com and username@domainb.com. Both of them work to receive e-mail. However he seemed to can only send from domaina.com but not domainb.com. He always gets the error he cannot send in behalf of. He only has the domainb.com e-mail address, no one else is using it.

Hello,

As far as I am aware you cannot do this.

The From field is used to send from another User, not an email alias.

Have a read here for a work around:
http://www.terminal.com/blog/bid/57536/Sending-as-an-Email-Alias-in-Outlook-and-Exchange
(Create a new mailbox with send as permissions)

If you want to send from domain B then you will have to change the default email address for that user.
