Hi - Is there a plain and simple way of creating a roaming signature in Outlook 2010? I have looked up various articles and was wondering if anyone could give me some ideas.

Thanks

You have a couple of options available. The answer sort of depends on your situation. How many users that roam? Using virtual desktops? or just roaming profiles?  etc....

For instance if it's just a user or two and only once in a while that they roam, you could copy the signature registry key and import it when they move.

Or create a logoff script that copies it and then a logon script that imports it back in when they log on.

Or use a program that manages it all for you: http://www.exclaimer.com/email-signature-software
