Auto-Generating a SQL Report

Hello:
 
I have a report that I wrote in SQL Reporting Services 2005 (SSRS), and it contains a date parameter.
 
Is it possible to have SSRS automatically run the report once each morning for the previous day's date and perhaps have the report either automatically e-mailed or exported?
