Hello Experts,

Evey time I export the folder structure of another pst or inbox to a new pst using the export tool in outlook, it creates it with the name "Outlook data file" and i cannot get it to show the real name, which shows accurately in the file name under Outlook Data files.

I have used the scanpst tool and no luck.

When you use Export option at the end it will ask you for the location please do provide the Name you want just before ".pst" and that should take care of your concern

Thats strange ... what if we create this users Outlook profile on a different machine and try to take PST .... as it could be many a reasons (Outlook profile corruption\Machine Profile corruption\Outlook needs reinstall etc etc)
