Got a call from a IT friend, they recently upgraded to Exchange 2010,  When a user in Outlook clicks on "Manage the Voice Mail" Option, he is redirected to OWA which in turn routes him to his Mailbox

Is this how it works ?  As he couldnt see the option , any suggestions on how it works ?

Firstly the Outlook doesnt allows to manage it simply will redirect you to OWA. In OWA 2010 you can go to Options and then go to Manage Voice Mail (See below)

OWA -> Options -> Show all Options -> Phone
